The results showed that when viewed from the context of constraints, there was a lack of public involvement from the families of prisoners and the community as service users and policy beneficiaries, a comparison of the number of service officers lacking in providing services, lack of effectiveness and efficiency in the evaluation process and monitoring mechanism. However, in terms of implementation, the policy of assimilation of prisoners has succeeded in reducing the number of overcapacity, saving the budget for food for prisoners and accelerating the process of proposing prisoner release services from 2 months to only 14 days. Through Press No. 17 of 2023, President Joko Widodo declared the 2019 Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic status over. To cope with an endemic era, governments need to adapt and formulate clear strategies. The local government has an important role to play in the transition from pandemic to endemic. The Regional Government, the Government of Surabaya City, has prepared a transition mechanism for endemics. The role of the actor and the coordination system have awakened well. The use of ICTs is also one of the instruments used in the endeavour of transitioning to endemic. The readiness of the government of Surabaya is a reflection of the government's readiness in the face of this transition. The aim of this study is to find out the readiness of the government of Surabaya to implement the pandemic-to-endemic transition from an adaptive governance perspective. This research uses a soft system methodology to analyse data. The results of the study show that the government of Surabaya has implemented an adaptive system of government in which the mayor of Surabaya is the chief commander. Determination of informants with purposive, data validation with data triangulation, data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed Agile Governance of the Bogor City Government has been successful, as seen from the fulfillment of five existing indicators, namely Business Operations with the existence of local regulations, Moderator Effect with the procurement of BISKITA, Governance Capabilities with the implementation of SOPs on BISKITA, Agile Capabilities with education and training, Value Delivery with plans to develop BISKITA. An increase in the Impact of Environmental Factors is needed, which has not been fulfilled due to decreased public interest in using BISKITA. The conclusion is the performance of the Bogor City Government in developing Biskita can be improved. Seeing that the level of public participation in using Biskita is still low, the number of angkot has not decreased, service counters at bus stops have not yet operated, congestion still occurs in Bogor City, two bus stop corridors are still not operating from a total of 6 planned bus stop corridors.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> 2024-04-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi Publik https://jiap.ub.ac.id/index.php/jiap/article/view/1566 Implementasi Program Pencegahan Perkawinan Usia Anak di Kabupaten Lombok Barat 2024-01-11T08:21:26+00:00 Iwa Kartiwa Karpi iwa21001@mail.unpad.ac.id Asep Sumaryana asep.sumaryana@unpad.ac.id Achmad Buchari ahmad.buchari@unpad.ac.id <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p>This study explains the implementation of the Gamak program in West Lombok Regency, which has succeeded in reducing the number of child marriages in the 2019-2022 period.
